JLL Spark received the award for funding PropTech growth, underscoring the increasing investment in the sector. VU.City took home the award for unlocking property market growth, showcasing how data-driven insights are reshaping urban development.
Several other categories celebrated the impact of PropTech innovations across different areas of the industry. Spaceflow was recognized for its efforts in revolutionizing the consumer journey, providing an example of how digital tools are enhancing user experience in property management. Help me Fix received the award for industry transformation, and Demand Logic won in the Data Utilization & Enrichment category, highlighting how data is increasingly being leveraged to optimize building performance and operational efficiency. Re-Leased was acknowledged for business transformation, showcasing the power of technology in reshaping property management. In the realm of sustainability, Preoptima was awarded for its work in decarbonizing the built environment, reflecting the sector’s growing focus on reducing carbon footprints and driving eco-friendly innovations.
In recognition of collective contributions, Glider Technology, Kier Construction, and Future Decisions won the award for Digitally Enabled Spaces, exemplifying the integration of digital tools in construction and infrastructure. re:sustain and Knight Frank Investment Management received the Data Excellence award for their efforts in advancing sustainable data practices in the industry. The Innovation Team of the Year was awarded to British Land, celebrating their exceptional collaboration and commitment to innovation.
In individual awards, Dr. Tom Pey, founder of Waymap Limited, was honored with the Inspirational Founder award, while Peter Panayi of Building Minds was recognized as the Future Leader. Anthony Slumbers received the Special Achievement Award for his long-standing contributions to the sector.
