RISE Robotics, the innovator behind Beltdraulic™ Systems and a leader in next-generation industrial actuation, has been selected to join the U.S. Air Force’s Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) On-Ramp IV. This significant achievement allows RISE to compete for future USAF delivery orders as part of the $46 billion Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.
By participating in EWAAC, RISE gains the opportunity to support the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) and other U.S. Air Force initiatives, particularly in ground support equipment modernization. The contract vehicle streamlines procurement processes and positions RISE to contribute to advanced military projects, including the development and deployment of its Beltdraulic SuperJammer.
Hiten Sonpal, CEO of RISE Robotics, expressed the importance of this opportunity, stating, “Being selected to participate in EWAAC puts RISE on the radar of major defense integrators. It allows our Beltdraulic Systems to be considered for the military’s most advanced platforms — especially in the areas of electronic warfare and next-generation logistics.”
The EWAAC program, managed by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), is designed to expedite acquisition timelines and improve access to cutting-edge technology providers. Companies selected under this program can offer agile solutions that meet the Air Force’s strict performance and durability standards, enabling faster responses to evolving mission needs.
RISE’s inclusion in the EWAAC IDIQ reflects its growing recognition and success in the defense sector. This milestone follows other significant company achievements, including earning the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the Strongest Robotic Arm Prototype and the launch of its Beltdraulic Railgate and Beltdraulic Developer Kit. These accomplishments highlight RISE’s commitment to advancing industrial actuation technologies and solidifying its position as a key player in the future of military and industrial applications.
